Since I was a child, I spent my super summer holidays in my lovely grandmother's house. It was a villa inherited from my family surrounded by trees and enveloped by the scent of the sea. It was there that I spent whole days with my grandmother and my aunt Susanna cooking so many Marche delicacies. When I grew up I always carried everything I had learned from them in my heart, so I decided, with the help of my aunt, to move right into the house of my best memories and start a fun project: hosting people from all over the world. teaching them the ancient art of making pasta by hand.
WHAT - WE WILL DO
We will begin our adventure with a welcome drink on the terrace overlooking the sea.
Eggs, flour and love for tradition are the main ingredients! Me and my aunt Susanna (for you Nonna Susanna), we will guide you step by step in the preparation of homemade pasta.
We will show you how to make perfect cappelletti (an exquisite local pasta) and Marche tagliatelle, ending with a very special local dessert: la zuppa inglese!

We need some alcohol for this experience. Alcoholic beverages will be served to guests who have a legal drinking age.
