We ask for the full balance of the stay in advance upon order confirmation. Payment can be made via PayPal or credit card. The voucher will be sent within 24 hours following the balance itself. The Voucher can be purchased OPEN, ie without indicating a date, in this case, the recipient of the gift will contact us to choose the day of his stay based on his needs and our availability. The voucher has a duration of 12 months from the issue date.

Modifying or changing your booking before check-in
Before 60 days from the arrival date: possibility to move the reservation to another date without losing anything of what has already been paid / received. Between 59 and 30 days from the date of arrival, it is possible to move the reservation to another date while keeping 60% of the amount already paid / received. Between 29 and 15 days from the date of arrival, it is possible to move the reservation to another date while keeping 30% of the amount already paid / received. No refunds or equivalent Vouchers within 14 days from the arrival date.
Terms
From us: The Voucher is sent only when the full balance is paid in advance. It is never refundable for cash. It is valid for 12 months from the issue date. After this deadline, it can no longer be used or its value changed for the purchase of products or stays in other accommodations.
