City tax

The prices shown do not include the tourist tax.

The tourist tax is payable per night and per person from 01.04 to 30.09 of each year. The amount is € 1.50 per overnight stay up to 7 nights, per person, tax not due starting from the 8th night, unless otherwise indicated by the Municipal Administration.

Tax due for children from the age of 6.

Reservation and payment

Direct online booking

The bed & breakfast Tra gli Alberi e il Mare has implemented a fully automatic online booking system. You can book directly using this service by clicking book now. The system provides for the payment of the entire sum relating to the stay, with the exception of the tourist tax (to be paid in the structure). At the time of booking confirmation, it is possible to choose between different payment systems such as Paypal or Credit Card (on the Stripe platform) both protected by SSL certified security protocols.

Reservation by e-mail or telephone

As an alternative to direct online booking, it is possible to request the availability of the Suite by contacting the structure via email or telephone </ a>.

Conditions of withdrawal

Withdrawal regulation
At the time of booking confirmation, the amount to be paid is 100% of the total stay. Deposit payments are not allowed. However, in case of:
  • Cancellation before 60 days from the date of arrival: 100% refund of the amount paid
  • Between 59 and 30 days from the date of arrival: 60% refund of the amount paid
  • Between 29 and 15 days from the date of arrival: 30% refund of the amount paid
  • Within 14 days from the date of arrival: no refund
Moving a reservation is equivalent to cancellation. In the event of mobility restrictions deriving from anti-covid government measures (lockdown), it is possible to move the booking without incurring penalties.
Notice of termination
The withdrawal (or cancellation) must be communicated by e-mail or telephone, by writing to info@traglialberieilmare.com or by calling +393358237988
Failed to check-in
If guests do not take possession of the accommodation by 7.00 pm on the day of the check-in date, the reservation will be considered canceled. In this case, there is no refund of the amount paid.

Check-in / out and pets

In compliance with the current provisions of the law, guests without a regular identity document will not be accepted. In the aforementioned case, the reservation is void and there is no refund of the amount already paid. check-in : from 15.00 to 19.00 check-out : within 10.00 Pets are not allowed in the structure.
